Nobby Travels

Our office is over in Yadav Complex, right near Dig Bangla in Gorakhpur. If you’re from around here, you probably know the area pretty well. Nobby Travels isn't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team working out of this complex. Most of our day is spent looking at bus schedules, train tickets, and trying to help people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of typing and checking maps. The office gets a bit noisy sometimes because we’re close to the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the honking and the general bustle of Gorakhpur. We keep a few chairs out for people who drop by to ask questions. There’s usually a newspaper lying around and maybe some half-finished cups of tea. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by just walking past Yadav Complex. It’s a simple setup. We have our computers, our phones, and a big wall calendar that we still use even though everything is digital now. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all have to wait a minute, which gives us time to chat. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork right so people don't have trouble on their trips. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community here. We just take things one booking at a time and keep moving forward.
