Nizons (International Us Based Call Centre)

Nizons is tucked away in Sector-6, Rohini, specifically at D-6/33. It’s a quiet residential-feeling part of Delhi, but inside our walls, it feels very different. Since we handle international calls, mostly for people in the US, our clocks are set to their time. That means when the rest of Rohini is sleeping, we are wide awake with our headsets on. It’s a bit strange sometimes, walking out of the office at dawn when the milkmen are just starting their rounds. We have rows of computers and people talking all at once, trying to help folks thousands of miles away. The office space is functional—nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and other times we’re all complaining about the coffee machine being broken again. We’ve been in this sector for a bit, and the locals know us as the place that stays lit up all night. It’s a lot of talking and problem-solving over the phone. You get used to the accent after a while. We aren't a giant corporate hub, just a local spot in Rohini doing global work. It’s a grind, but the team here is solid and we help each other out when the call volume gets too high or when someone’s computer decides to freeze. We just keep the calls moving until the shift ends.
