You can find Nisha Telecom over in Libaspur, specifically in Gali No-10 at 32 A. It’s a quiet little lane for the most part. We set up shop here because there weren't many places nearby for people to get their mobile needs handled. We sell basic phones and do a lot of top-ups for people who use prepaid cards. The shop is small and has a blue door. Inside, we have a few glass cases with some second-hand phones we’ve fixed up. People come in to ask why their battery isn't lasting or to get a new screen guard put on. We do our best to help them right then and there. Sometimes we have to send phones out to a bigger workshop if the problem is serious. We keep a stock of different cables and chargers because people are always losing theirs. It’s just me and one other person working here most days. We sit on plastic stools and talk to the neighbors who stop by just to say hello. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights. It's just a room with a counter. We open around ten in the morning and stay until eight or nine at night. Libaspur is a bit far out, but it’s a good place to be. We just provide what the local folks need for their phones. Sometimes the power goes out, so we keep a few candles and a torch handy just in case we need to finish an order.
