Nirula'S

Nirula'S is at S-2 in the N.D.M.C Complex over in Narouji Nagar. It is in New Delhi, area code 23. This spot in the complex has been around for a good while. It’s a place where people just stop by when they are in the neighborhood. We are not some big fancy restaurant with white tablecloths. It is more about getting something to eat and moving on with your day. The complex can get pretty busy during the lunch hours when everyone from the nearby offices comes out. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place running and making sure things are ready. It’s a regular routine. We start early and finish late. The staff knows the regulars who come in every week. It’s nice to see the same faces. We don't really do much in terms of fancy talk. We just serve what we have. The building itself is a typical NDMC structure, so it has that government-complex feel to it. It’s easy to find once you are in Narouji Nagar. We just keep the tables wiped down and the orders going out. It is a straightforward kind of life here. People come in for a quick bite or maybe an ice cream and then head back to work or home. We’ve been a part of this little corner for years and we just keep doing what we do every single day without making a big fuss about it.
