We are located in Maujpur, specifically in Arjun Mohalla at C-31/5. If you’ve ever walked down Abhimanyu Gali, you know how tight the lanes are and how busy it gets with bikes. It’s a real residential vibe here, with kids playing and people going to the market all day. We handle the Nirula’s side of things for this specific area. It’s mostly about managing the food orders and making sure the storage is right for the products. The building is an old one, and our space is on the ground floor which makes it easier for loading. We have big freezers that hum all day long, which can be a bit annoying when you're trying to talk to someone on the phone. We sell the usual stuff like ice creams and snacks that people like. Most of our customers are the kids from the street who come in with a few coins. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the fridge temperatures are okay. Sometimes the power goes out in Maujpur, and we have to rush to get the generator started so the ice cream doesn’t melt. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone around, even late at night. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the shop, serve the people who live nearby, and close up when it's late. It’s a simple life.
