Nirula'S

Our place is Nirula'S and we are right there in Subhash Nagar, sitting on both the ground floor and the first floor of 2 / 180. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the street noise never really stops. We spend a lot of our time going up and down those stairs between the two levels. The ground floor is where most of the action happens, while the first floor feels a bit quieter if you want to get away from the door. We aren’t one of those polished places with a doorman; people just walk in off the street when they’re hungry. The tiles on the floor have been there for years and show some wear, but they stay clean. We have a few regulars who come in every single day and sit at the same tables. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the lunch crowd hits, and sometimes the AC struggles when it’s really hot outside. The staff mostly talks about local stuff or what’s happening in the market nearby. We keep the napkins stocked and the tables wiped down, nothing too complicated. It’s just a standard spot in a crowded Delhi neighborhood. You can hear the traffic and the horns from the main road even when the doors are shut. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here in Subhash Nagar, keeping things running for whoever stops by. We just try to get the orders right and keep the place decent.
