Nirulas Potpoori Gurgoan

Our place, Nirulas Potpoori Gurgoan, is actually located over at 223D Delta 1St in Greater Noida. I know the name says Gurgaon but we are set up here in Noida. It’s a bit of a funny thing but that’s just how it is with some of these registrations. We spend most of our time getting things ready in the kitchen and making sure everything is where it should be. The area around Delta 1st is pretty quiet most of the time, which is nice for us. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We know the neighbors and the delivery guys who come by every morning with the fresh supplies. It gets a bit hectic during the lunch hour when everyone is hungry and wanting their food fast. We just do our best to keep up. The floors need a scrub quite often and there’s always a list of things to fix, like a leaky tap or a light that flickers in the back. It’s just a normal workplace. We don’t really do big speeches about what we do, we just show up and start the day. Sometimes we stay late to finish cleaning up or to prep for the next morning. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy. The building is a standard one, nothing flashy about it at all. We like it that way because it feels more real. Just us and the food and the local crowd.
