Nirula'S ,New Delhi

Our place is located at V-101/3 in Arvind Mohala. People around here usually call it Hospital Wali Gali. It’s in the Ghonda area of Delhi. We are part of the Nirula'S name, but this specific spot is where we handle all our daily work. It's a busy little street and can be hard to find if you aren't from around this part of town. We even have our old residential phone number listed on the signs because that’s how we’ve always done it. It’s 011-22177631. If you call, someone from the family usually picks up the phone. We deal with food and service, and it involves a lot of early mornings and late nights. The kitchen gets very hot in the summer, and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We don't have a big corporate office with suits and meetings. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. They know us and we know them by name. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It's just good stuff that we like to eat ourselves. Sometimes the delivery bikes have trouble getting through the narrow lane when it's crowded, but we always manage. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the noise from the street never really stops. But it’s our corner of Delhi and we like being here every day.
