Nirula`S (Hotels & Restaurants)

We are located at Ashoka Enclave on Rohtak Road, right near Peeragarhi in New Delhi. This is the spot where Nirula’s operates from, handling both the hotel side and the restaurant stuff. It’s a busy corner of Delhi. We’ve got the kitchen going for the food and the rooms ready for anyone staying the night. It’s a lot to manage at once. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been working in food or hospitality for years. We aren't a fancy five-star place, just a reliable spot people know. You’ll see us running around with plates or changing sheets. Peeragarhi can get very crowded with traffic, so we see a lot of people stopping in just to escape the noise for a bit. The building at B-56 has seen a lot of use over the years. We keep it as clean as we can. Our menu has the usual stuff people like, and the rooms are basic but they do the job. We don’t have a big marketing team writing things for us. It’s just us, the cooks, and the cleaning staff. Every day is a bit different depending on how many people walk through the door. We just try to make sure the food is hot and the beds are made. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’re used to the rhythm of the city by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work needed.
