Nirulas Corner House

Nirulas Corner House has this spot at C-22 A, on the first floor in Panchsheel Vihar. It is right there in Khirki, near Malviya Nagar. If you know that part of New Delhi, you know it can get pretty packed with people and traffic. We are just a small team working here, mostly focusing on getting things ready for the folks who drop by. It is not a massive space, but we make it work. Every morning starts with checking the supplies and making sure the kitchen area is clean. We are not fancy chefs or anything, just people who know how to put a meal together. The building is a bit older, and the stairs up to the first floor can be a little narrow if you are carrying a lot of stuff. We see a lot of students and office workers because of where we are situated. Some days are much busier than others, especially on the weekends when families are out. We do not really do much advertising, mostly just people seeing the sign or knowing we have been here in Khirki for a bit. It is a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the orders do not get mixed up. We try to keep the place decent. It is just a regular job for us, making sure the food goes out and the tables are wiped down before the next person sits down to eat their lunch.
