Our place is over in Rohini, specifically in Section 23, Pocket 1. If you live around this part of New Delhi, you know how busy it gets. We are mostly focused on the daily grind of running the food business. It involves a lot of checking on stock and making sure the kitchen is running like it should. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of us working here to keep things moving. The mornings start early with deliveries arriving and the staff getting everything ready for the day. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic, especially when the lunch rush starts or when families come in during the evenings. The office side of things is tucked away in the back where we handle the bills and the paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is more of a practical space where we can actually get stuff done. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we like the neighborhood. People stop by, and we get to know the regulars who live in the flats nearby. Running a food spot in Delhi means you are always dealing with something new, whether it’s a power cut or a late delivery. We just take it as it comes and try to keep the chairs filled and the food going out on time. It is a lot of work but it is just what we do every day.
