We’ve been at D-60 in Shakurpur for a bit now. It’s a busy spot in Anandvas. People around here know the Nirula'S name, though this isn't one of the big restaurants you might see in a mall. It’s more of an office and back-end place. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Mostly just regular people working on the daily stuff that keeps the business going. It gets quite noisy sometimes outside with the traffic and people going about their business. We handle the food side of things and all the paperwork that comes with it. Delhi is always hot or dusty in this area, so we keep the ceiling fans going all day long. It’s a job like any other. Most of us take the metro or our own bikes to get here. We don't really have a big sign out front that catches the eye. If you are looking for us, you should just ask someone near the main corner. We stay pretty busy with orders and logistics. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait, but we manage to get things done. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been around through many summers and winters now. It’s mostly about getting the work finished so we can go home. We don’t do much talking about big goals. We just focus on what’s on the desk that day. It is practical work for everyone.
