Our office is located at 1832 in Ravidas Basti, which is part of the Kotla Mubarakpur area in New Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s quite cramped and always bustling with activity. This isn’t one of those big ice cream parlors you see in the malls; it’s more of the behind-the-scenes office for Nirula'S Corner House Private Limited. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things here. The walls are a bit plain and we’ve got files stacked up in the corners, but it’s where everything gets organized. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good spot for us because we are right in the middle of a lively community. The mornings are usually the busiest when we are sorting through the daily schedules. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just a functional space where we can sit down and focus. People in the basti are friendly, and there’s always someone selling something right outside the door. It feels very local and grounded. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we have too much work to do. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make sure the business side of the food industry stays on track. We like the grit of the area; it feels real and reminds us why we started.
