We are located at D-6 in the Virpal Apartment building in Mahipalpur. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, especially with the airport being so close. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to find flights for people. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about their trips. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once. We deal with all sorts of travel plans. Sometimes it’s just a simple ticket to another city, other times it’s more complicated. Mahipalpur has a lot of energy, but it also has a lot of noise. You can hear the planes overhead all the time. It reminds us of what we do. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. We don't have any flashy posters or big advertisements. Most people just find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We keep the kettle going for most of the day because we drink a lot of chai. It’s a straightforward business. We book the travel, we print the papers, and we move on to the next one. It feels like a small family here most days, even when things get a bit stressful with cancellations. We just keep the bookings going as best as we can every day.
