Nipun Impex

Our business, Nipun Impex, is located at C-183 in Keshav Kunj. These are the NDMC Apartments over in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. We’ve set up shop here in the 110018 area and it’s been our base for a long time. Working out of an apartment complex means we are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It’s a bit different than being in a big commercial mall, but it works for us. We handle import and export tasks, which means our desks are usually buried under shipping manifests and customs documents. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a bunch of salespeople in ties. It’s just us in a comfortable room making sure the goods move from point A to point B without getting stuck. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello, or we see them while we’re carrying boxes down the stairs. It’s a very local feel. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Most people find out about Nipun Impex through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the daily tasks. It’s not a complicated life. We just work hard, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure everything arrives on time. That is the way we’ve always done it. It’s about being reliable and staying grounded in our community here in Vikaspuri, day after day, year after year, just doing the work.
