We are Ninth Planet Tours & Travels and you can find us at 180/A in Lal Quater. Punjabi Bagh is a lively area and there is always something going on outside our door. Most people around here know the Lal Quater market well. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage travel plans and tour packages. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking routes on the computer. Sometimes clients come in just to ask a quick question about a passport or a visa. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big ads. Usually, people just hear about us from a neighbor or walk in because they live nearby. The walls have a few maps on them and there are usually some papers piled up on the desks. We like being in this part of Delhi because everything is close by. In the mornings, we open up, sweep the front, and get the computers going. It’s a lot of routine stuff like making calls and waiting for confirmations. When things get busy, we just keep working until the job is finished. It’s a local business, run by people who live and work right here. No big corporate layers to deal with, just us in the office trying to make sure everyone's trip goes okay.
