Nimbus Harbor Facility Management

Our office is over at Apple Wood-38 in Malibu Town. If you know Gurgaon, you know Sohna Road gets pretty crowded, so being tucked inside the residential area is a bit nicer for us. We do facility management, which basically means we take care of buildings and all the things that go wrong with them. It’s a lot of coordination. Phones ring, people need stuff fixed, and we send someone out. We started small and just kept going because there are always more buildings coming up in Haryana. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just how it is. We aren't a giant corporate office with hundreds of people in suits. We sit at our desks, drink tea, and handle the maintenance schedules. Sometimes the air conditioning breaks in a client's building and we have to scramble. Other times, it's just routine stuff like cleaning or security checks. We focus on the work right in front of us. It’s a straightforward job. We’ve been at this address for a bit. Malibu Town is a decent spot for an office like ours. We don't do big ads. Mostly, people just call us when they have a property that needs looking after. We keep it honest and try to stay organized. That’s about all there is to it. We show up and do what needs doing every single day.
