You can find us on the second floor of JE-28 in Gupta Colony. It’s part of Malviya Nagar, which is always a busy and loud place in South Delhi. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, but mostly it’s just a quiet spot away from the ground floor noise. The stairs are a bit steep, so we definitely get our exercise every day. It’s a small office for Niki World Travles Pvt. Ltd., and we’ve kept it pretty basic inside. There are a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don’t go for the corporate look. It’s more like a home office that grew a bit too big over time. We spend our hours checking schedules and making sure everything is lined up for people. Gupta Colony is a tight-knit area, and we know the people running the small shops downstairs. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have a script when we talk to people on the phone; we just say it like it is. Sometimes it’s stressful when things don't go as planned, but we just sit down together and figure it out. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a bunch of people trying to do their jobs well. We’ve been here in Malviya Nagar for a while now, and the routine is what keeps us going. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to be every day.
