Our place is over at 1-G-33 in the N.I.T. area of Faridabad. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for quite some time now, so we know the local shops and the people who walk by every day. The office itself is pretty basic, with a few rooms filled with computers and desks that have seen better days. We focus a lot on the technical stuff and training, but we don't make a big deal about it. There are always piles of manuals and notebooks lying around because things get a bit messy when we are busy. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and the tea supplies. In the winter it gets quite cold in Faridabad, so we all wear our thick sweaters while we work. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when the weather is bad, but we just deal with it. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights out front. It is just a regular workplace where people from the neighborhood come to work and learn. We talk about regular things like the traffic or the cricket scores while we are on our breaks. It is a very down-to-earth environment and we don’t try to be anything we aren't. Just a group of people doing their thing in Faridabad without any fancy corporate labels.
