We are Niit Tech, and you can find us at Flat No 1057 in the Rajnigandha Apartments. Our spot is in Sector 10, Plot No 4, over in Dwarka, New Delhi 75. Since it's a residential complex, the office doesn't look like your typical IT hub from the outside. We’ve set ourselves up here because the area is quiet and easy to get to for those of us living in this part of Dwarka. An apartment building like this offers a much more relaxed vibe than those tall office blocks. Usually, the security guards at the gate know exactly who is coming to see us. It’s a decent-sized flat that we’ve converted into a working space. Computers are set up where the living room would be, and we use the other rooms for meetings or just a bit of privacy. Mostly families live in the neighborhood, so it stays relatively calm during the day. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual issues like the lift being slow or maintenance work going on next door. There is no big sign out front, just a normal door. We mostly just get our daily tasks done in a functional environment. For breaks, we head out to the local market in Sector 10 to grab a quick snack. It’s a very practical, no-frills way of doing things, and the team seems to like it that way.
