We are located at F-5 in Bali Nagar, which is a nice little pocket of New Delhi. The area is mostly residential so it’s a bit quieter than some of the other main markets, which we appreciate. Our office here at NIIT is where we spend our mornings and afternoons. It is a straightforward place with a lot of light coming through the front windows when the sun is right. We have a few rooms set up for different things, mostly filled with computers and chairs that have seen better days. It’s a place where people come to learn or work on their skills, and we try to keep it comfortable for them. We don’t go in for anything too polished or shiny. The floor is just plain tile and the walls are a basic off-white. We have a routine that we follow every single day, starting with opening the shutters and getting the systems running. Most of the time, we are just helping people figure out what they need to do next. It’s a lot of talking and showing things on the screen. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it's just us here in Bali Nagar doing our bit. We usually order tea from the guy down the street and talk about how the day is going. It's just a regular local business. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest.
