Nicsi

If you ever go looking for us in Modinagar, you’ll find us over at House Number C/5/5. We are located right by Dalip Park, near where the Modi Steel area is. It’s a bit of a slower pace out here in Ghaziabad compared to what you find in the middle of the big city. The house we work out of is a bit old but it’s sturdy enough for what we need. We spend our mornings opening up the windows to let a bit of fresh air in, though sometimes the dust from the road comes right in with it. Working at Nicsi means we deal with a lot of different small tasks throughout the week. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We have a small table by the door where we keep the register and everyone signs their name when they get here in the morning. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute or ask for help with something, and we don't really mind the distraction. It feels more like a small community than just a place of work. We have a little kettle for making coffee and we usually take turns going out to buy the milk. The street outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so we have to keep a mat at the door. We’ve been at this Dalip Park address for a long time now.
