Nice Telecom

Nice Telecom is situated right near the Subzi Mandi on Kolhapur Road, specifically where it meets Chandrawal Road. Being near the vegetable market means it is always crowded and there is a lot of shouting and moving around right outside our door. The shop itself is small. We have glass counters filled with different mobile accessories and some old handsets. The walls are covered in posters for mobile recharges that are probably out of date by now. It gets very busy in the mornings because of the Mandi. We get all sorts of people walking in, some looking for a quick fix for their phone and others just asking for directions because they got lost in the lanes of Chandrawal Road. The noise of the trucks and the vegetable carts is constant. I usually have a small radio playing in the corner to drown out some of the traffic sounds. We have been at this location for years. The counter top is a bit scratched and the chairs for customers are old, but they work fine for a quick sit. We do not try to look like those big stores you see in the malls. This is just a local spot for local people. If you come by Kolhapur Road, you will see our small blue board. It is just a place to get your phone worked on or buy a new SIM card without any fuss. We just do our business.
