Nice Communication

Our shop, Nice Communication, is located at C-9/9 in Krishna Nagar. It’s a small, local place where we handle mobile phones and the things that go with them. We aren't a big company with many branches. It’s just this one spot where we’ve been for several years. Most of our customers are people who live in the surrounding streets of Krishna Nagar. They come in for simple things like a new phone cover, a screen protector, or to get a battery replaced. The shop is quite small, with just enough room for a counter and a few people to stand. We don't have any flashy lights or big advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we are right here in the neighborhood. Sometimes the work is slow, and we just sit and talk to the people passing by. Other times, we have five phones to fix at once. We don't use any corporate language or try to act like we are something we're not. We are just a local shop trying to make a living. If a phone is beyond repair, we tell the customer clearly so they don't waste their money. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. People seem to appreciate that. We’ve seen the area change, but our shop at C-9/9 stays pretty much the same. It’s a quiet but busy life here for us every single day of the week.
