Newindus International

Newindus International is located in Vishwakama Apartment, B-17, over in Vasundhra Enclave. Our specific door is number 69. It’s a residential area in Delhi-96, which means it’s a lot calmer than the central business districts. We run our international operations right out of this apartment space. It’s not your typical glass-walled office. We have rooms filled with files, computers, and stacks of shipping documents. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. Since we’re in an apartment complex, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don’t have a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find B-17, so one of us usually has to go down to the gate to wave them down. We handle a lot of logistics and trading stuff, which is basically just keeping track of where things are and making sure the paperwork matches up. It’s a lot of detail work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t have any big signs outside, just a small nameplate near the bell. We’ve been in Vasundhra Enclave for a good while now and we like the pace here. It’s a steady job and we just focus on getting the international shipments moved on time every day.
