Our office is on the 2nd floor at J-5/104 in Rajouri Garden. This is New Delhi 110027. It’s a standard office setup for New York Life. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets that are getting pretty full, and a small area where people can sit if they’re waiting for us. Rajouri Garden is a crowded area, so finding a parking spot near J-5/104 can be a real pain sometimes, especially on weekends. We usually tell people to take the metro if they can since the station is close. We deal with a lot of paperwork here every day. It’s mostly just forms and folders piled up on our desks. We aren't into anything fancy or high-tech. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, which makes it quite warm, so we keep the ceiling fans going all the time. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other and say hello in the hallway. It’s a quiet enough place to get things done once you’re inside and away from the street noise. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We just try to keep things organized so we can find what we need when someone asks for a specific file.
