New Indus International (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Tour Operator)

Our office is over in Rajdhani Park at C-83, right here in Delhi. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels more like a neighborhood spot than a big business district. We’ve been working as tour operators for a while now, helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. The office is usually filled with maps, old brochures, and a few computers that have seen better days. It isn't a very large space, so when we have a few customers in at once, it can get a bit crowded. We like it that way, though, because it feels more personal. We spend a lot of our time on the phone checking prices and booking things for people who want to travel. It can be a bit stressful when plans change at the last minute, but we’ve learned to stay calm and just fix what we can. We aren't one of those massive companies with a hundred employees; it’s just us here in Rajdhani Park doing our best. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what we know. Most of the folks who use our services come to us because their friends told them we were reliable. We just keep our heads down and focus on the details, making sure the itineraries make sense and the dates are correct. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
