New Haven Hotel

Our place is in the Bhagwat Building, located at 1734 Kotla in South Extension Part 1. Being in South Ex means we are right in one of the busier parts of New Delhi. It’s a mix of everything here, from shops to offices and homes. The building itself is a regular Delhi structure, nothing too modern, but it’s solid. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle things as they come. The traffic in South Ex can be pretty intense, so we usually hear the horns and the bustle of the market all day long. It’s a practical location for us. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs to be done, whether it’s answering the phone or sorting out the files. We don't really go in for corporate polish. Our desks are usually covered in notes and we use old-fashioned calendars. It’s just a more human way of doing things. People who come by usually appreciate that we’re just regular folks. We know the local tea sellers and the other business owners in the building. It’s a community feel despite being in such a massive city. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. No drama, just a normal office in Delhi.
