Our office is situated in the DDA Flats over in Kalkajee. It is a pretty standard spot, L-2, 37/B, nothing too flashy or modern about it. We have been here for a good while now helping local people figure out their travel plans and holidays. Usually, the phone is ringing quite a bit, especially that Reliance number 31266010 we have had for years. It gets a bit cluttered in the office with all the brochures and printed itineraries we keep for the folks who drop by. People come in looking for a trip, and we just sit down with them and try to find something that works. Kalkajee is a nice enough area to be in, though finding parking near the flats can be a real headache most days of the week. We drink a lot of tea while staring at our computer screens. Sometimes the internet connection is slow and we just have to wait, which can be a bit frustrating when someone is standing right there waiting for their ticket to be printed. We do a bit of everything here, from small local bus trips to longer tours across the country. It is mostly just us trying to keep all the schedules straight. We are not some massive call center, just a small team working out of a regular apartment that we converted into an office space long ago.
