We operate out of Mohalla-Bairagi, near the Gaya railway station. It’s an old part of the district here in Bihar. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a small local team handling things from this office. The trains are always whistling in the background because we are so close to the R.S. District. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and checking on shipments. Gaya is a busy place with a lot of history, but for us, it’s just where we work and live. We don't have a glass building or a big lobby. It’s just a few rooms with desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We deal with various goods and try to make sure everything gets where it’s supposed to go on time. Sometimes the logistics are a headache, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, so we know all the local tea stalls and the other business owners nearby. We don’t do much marketing because people around here already know who we are. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep our clients happy without making a big scene about it. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and ledgers, but we know where everything is kept.
