We are located at D-131 in New Ashok Nagar, right here in New Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and our building is right in the middle of it. It’s not a huge place, but it’s where we do everything. You walk in and you can see that we’ve been here for a while. The floors show a bit of wear and the desks are a bit scratched up, but everything works. We have a small area in the back for the staff to sit and have their lunch. Usually, there’s a pile of newspapers on the table from the morning. We spend a lot of time checking on our supplies and making sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors around here are mostly other small businesses and shops, so we see the same faces every day. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit by the window and wait for it to come back. It’s a very local feel. We don’t use any big fancy machines; it’s mostly just us doing things by hand or on a couple of old computers. We like the vibe of New Ashok Nagar. It’s a bit crowded and the parking can be a mess, but it feels like home to us. We’ve got our routine down and we just keep going day after day, making sure things are handled correctly at D-131.
