Nehru Place Hotels, Intercontinental Nehru Place (Parkroyal)

Our office is located at 110, Vinayak Building, inside Mahagun Villa in Sector IV, Vaishali. Even though the name mentions Nehru Place, our current base of operations is here in Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but the building is decent and we have enough space for everyone. We deal with the hotel side of things from this location. It’s mostly administrative work, keeping track of what’s happening at the properties. The Mahagun Villa area is actually quite nice, a bit away from the main road noise. We’ve been in Vinayak Building for a while now. It’s not a flashy setup. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. We just handle the day-to-day requirements that come with running hotels. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful during the peak seasons, but we just push through. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our time is spent on the phone or responding to emails. The team here is small but we’ve been working together for a long time. We know how each other works, which helps. It’s an honest living. If you’re in Sector IV, you can find us in the building easily enough. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making sure the business stays on track from our Vaishali office.
