Neha International (Air India)

Neha International has been operating out of Flat No. 52D in Dgivikas Puri for quite some time. We are right here in New Delhi, dealing mostly with Air India related things. It’s a small office, nothing like those big travel hubs you see in the malls. We handle a lot of paperwork and bookings. Sometimes people call us about international flights, and we spend our time looking through the systems to see what’s available. Vikas Puri is a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a pain near the flat. We have a few desks and a lot of files stacked up. It’s just us doing the daily grind, talking to passengers and trying to sort out their tickets. Being an agent for a big name like Air India keeps us on our toes. There’s always some change in flight times or new rules to explain to someone. We don’t have a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been in this spot for years and most of the locals know where to find us. New Delhi is a big place, but we like our corner here in 110018. It’s just regular work, helping people get their travel sorted out so they can head off to wherever they're going. We stay busy with the phones and emails throughout the week.
