You can find Neha Aviation at Gali No -3, House no-7C in Mahipalpur. Since we are so close to the airport, the whole area is full of hotels and small offices like ours. You can hear the big planes taking off all day and night. It’s a small place, really just a few rooms in a converted house. We deal with a lot of paperwork related to flights and travel. The street outside is narrow and often blocked by delivery trucks or taxis. It makes it hard to park sometimes. Inside, we have maps on the walls and some old calendars. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly talk to people who come by because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else. It gets very dusty in Mahipalpur with all the construction and traffic. We spend a lot of time wiping down the desks. The staff here is small, just a couple of us who know the aviation business and how to get things done. We drink tea and stay late when there are problems with flights. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we work. We know the local shopkeepers and sometimes they come in to chat. It feels like a neighborhood business despite the aviation name. We keep a light on in the front window when we are working late.
