We’ve been based here in Sarojini Nagar for quite a while now. The office is at Dg-871, which most people around here know is a busy spot. We mostly deal with old properties and turning them into places where people can stay. It’s not always easy keeping up with these old buildings because they need a lot of looking after. We started out small and just kept going. People often ask how we find these places. Well, we just look for buildings that have some history to them and try to make sure they don’t fall apart. In the office here in New Delhi-23, there’s always something going on. Phones ringing, papers everywhere, and someone usually making tea. We aren't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more like a regular workspace where everyone knows each other. Some days are slow, others are a bit of a mess with all the bookings and maintenance schedules. We just try to keep things running. If you walk past the Sarojini Nagar area, you might miss us if you aren't looking for the number. It’s just how we like it. We focus on the work rather than having a big shiny sign out front. Most of our time goes into figuring out how to fix a leaky roof or a drafty window in a fort somewhere far away. It’s a lot of coordination from this small spot in Delhi. It's tough but it keeps us busy most days and there is always plenty of paperwork to finish.
