Our office is located at 1590, right on Arya Samaj Street in the middle of Bazar Sita Ram. This part of Delhi, the 110006 area, is as real as it gets. The streets are narrow, the air is thick with the smell of spices and street food, and there is always a crowd. We operate out of an older building that has seen a lot of history. Inside, it’s not fancy at all. We have our desks, some old wooden chairs, and stacks of paper everywhere. It gets quite loud with the rickshaws and vendors shouting just outside the window, but we’ve learned to work through it. We aren't a big corporation with shiny glass windows; we’re just a local office doing our daily tasks. People walk in and out all day with various things they need help with. We sit under the old ceiling fans and try to stay cool while we get the filing done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to work. We don’t use any marketing talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the business that comes through that door on Arya Samaj Street. It’s a bit dusty and the stairs are steep, but it’s our place and we’ve been here for a long time. Every day is a bit of a scramble, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
