Ncpl (Icici Credit Card)

We operate out of 83 Bhai Parmanand Colony, which is right near the Mukherji Nagar area in North Delhi. Most people around here call us Ncpl, and we handle things related to ICICI credit cards. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially with all the students living nearby. Our office is a bit tucked away, but it stays active from morning until late afternoon. Dealing with credit cards involves a lot of phone calls and checking documents. We have a small team here, and everyone knows each other’s names. It’s not a massive call center like you’d find in Gurgaon. It’s just a local spot in Delhi 9 where we process stuff and answer queries. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the phones won't stop ringing, but we manage. The building is a typical Delhi structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We aren't here to sell you anything fancy, just doing the back-end work that needs to be done. The walk to the main road is short, so we often go out for snacks in the afternoon. It’s a very local vibe, and we’ve been part of this colony for a good bit of time now. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't really bother with big speeches about what we do, we just do it.
