Navneet Priya Infrastructure Pvt. Limited is located at House No.17, on Road No. 9 in East Punjabi Bagh. We are on the first floor of a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a cold office. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except for the occasional delivery truck or neighbor’s car. We have been here for a while, working on different building projects and local infrastructure stuff. The main room is filled with big drawings and rolls of paper. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We aren't a massive company with a glass building. We like it here in Punjabi Bagh because it’s easy for us to get around New Delhi from this spot. Usually, there are three or four of us in the office, and the rest are out at different sites checking on progress. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes on pads of paper. It’s a lot of practical work, nothing too glamorous. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a mess, and we have to adjust our plans, but we just deal with it. We’ve known the family downstairs for a long time. It’s a friendly place to work. We just keep building things and moving on to the next task on the list. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we appreciate the peace and quiet of Road No. 9.
