Navigator Travel Services

You can find us at Flat No. 17 in Pocket 16, right in Sector 3 of Dwarka. It’s a quiet enough area for New Delhi, though the parking can be a bit of a headache for everyone. Our office for Navigator Travel Services is right inside the residential building. We’ve got maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that we try to keep organized, though they usually end up in piles. It’s a small team here. We spend most of the day talking to people about where they want to go and checking the latest prices on the screen. The fans spin all day to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to get the tickets printed and the visas checked without any mistakes. Every morning starts with opening up the windows to let the dust out and getting the computers booted up. Sometimes we sit around the small table and eat our lunch while talking about the weekend. It’s a local business feel where we know the neighbors and they know us. We don't have a big sign outside, just the flat number and the name on the door. It’s simple and it works for us. We keep track of everything in big ledgers even though most things are online now. It just feels safer that way. We’re just regular people working in a regular flat, getting things done for those who need to travel.
