Our office is over at S/604 in the Nehru Enclave, specifically in the School Block of Shakarpur, Delhi. Navigator Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is our company name. Shakarpur is a crowded, lively neighborhood, and our building fits right in. We’re up on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel arrangements. It involves a lot of looking at schedules and trying to find the best routes. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, chairs, and a few old maps on the wall. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a place where we work. We drink a lot of coffee and talk to people on the phone for hours. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just try to get the bookings done without any mistakes. It’s a lot of attention to detail, like making sure names are spelled right on tickets. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time, and we know the local area well. Our staff is a small group of folks who have been doing this for years. We just keep it simple and focus on the work that needs to be finished today. We're just here in Shakarpur.
