We are located at 121-A in the A-2 Block of Bhagat Colony, over in West Sant Nagar, Burari. Delhi is a huge, fast-moving city, and we are right in the thick of it here. Navigator Travel Services P Ltd is where we spend our days booking tickets and figuring out travel routes for people. The office is usually full of maps, brochures, and the sound of phones ringing. It’s not a fancy office by any means. We have desks piled with papers and some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Burari is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street outside. We deal with all kinds of travel requests. Some people want to go across the country, while others just need a bus ticket to a nearby town. We don't try to sound like a big global agency. We are just local people who know how to navigate the travel systems. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We just try to be helpful and get people where they need to go. It’s a lot of work to keep track of all the changes in flights and trains.
