Nav Bharti

Nav Bharti is located at Kashmere Gate, number 236/3-Ja. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the spare parts shops and the traffic. We’ve been operating out of this small unit for quite a while now. It’s mostly just shelves full of boxes and a small desk where we handle the accounts and talk to customers. The light isn’t great inside, but we know where everything is kept. We mainly deal with wholesale stuff, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to delivery guys. It’s a noisy part of town, especially with the bus terminal so close by. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day's work. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door, so we have to move the stock back to keep it dry. It’s an old building, but it has character and serves us well. Most of the other shopkeepers around here have been our neighbors for decades. We share tea and complain about the summer heat together. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure everything gets sorted out correctly. If you are coming to find us, it is better to walk from the metro station because parking is impossible near 236/3-Ja. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to overcomplicate the business.
