We are over at 257, Islahi Cottage, which is in the Noor Nagar part of Jamia Nagar. It’s right in the middle of Okhla in New Delhi-25. If you know the area, you know it’s always busy and full of life. Our space is tucked away in a building that looks like many others on the street. It is not some high-tech glass tower you might expect when you hear the word BPO. Inside, it’s just us with our headsets and computers. We handle various back-office tasks and calls throughout the day. The rooms are a bit tight, and the sound of the street often filters in through the windows. Noor Nagar has a very specific feel to it, very packed and energetic. We’ve been here at Islahi Cottage for a while and have gotten to know the people around. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if it’s your first time, but we like the spot. There is always some good food nearby if we need a break. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have to get through for our clients. Sometimes the internet is slow, sometimes it's fast, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a real place with real people working hard. We are just a local operation trying to keep everything running smoothly from our corner of Jamia Nagar. We don't have any polished presentations, just the work we do every day at 257.
