Our Naukri.Com office is located at G-2 Radhey Puri in the Krishna Nagar area of Delhi. It is a ground-floor spot, which makes it easy for us to get in and out throughout the day. Krishna Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always a lot of energy around the office. We are a small part of the much larger company, but we handle our own specific set of tasks here. We spend most of our time helping people navigate the job market and making sure the listings are accurate. It’s not a fancy setup with modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We work hard to keep up with the pace of the city. Being in Radhey Puri means we are close to where a lot of people live, so it feels very grounded. We don't use a lot of complicated language or have big, long meetings about nothing. We just get on the phones, check the emails, and try to help people find work. Some days are more stressful than others when the site gets a lot of traffic, but we manage. It’s just a normal office with normal people doing their best to keep everything running correctly. We enjoy being in this part of Delhi and being a small hub for such a big service that everyone uses. It keeps us busy all year.
