Natthu'S Bazaar

Working at Natthu'S Bazaar involves a lot of moving around between our connections in New Delhi and Bihar. It is an interesting setup because things are different in each place, but we make it work somehow. We handle a lot of different goods and people are always asking for something new. The days are usually long because there is always a truck coming in or someone needing help with an order. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have spaces where we store our stock and handle the daily sales. People in the market know us by name, and we know them too. It’s more about the handshakes and the face-to-face talk than anything else. Sometimes the weather in Bihar makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard, but we just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. New Delhi is much faster and more crowded, so we have to stay alert there. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing because the work keeps us too busy. Natthu'S Bazaar is just a local business trying to provide what people need at a fair price without any extra fuss. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly and check the inventory every weekend to make sure nothing is missing. It takes effort to keep up with everything, but that's just the reality of doing business across different regions.
