National Adventure Foundation

National Adventure Foundation is located over in West Vinod Nagar, right in Lane Number 1 at B-44. It’s a quiet enough spot in Delhi-92 if you don't count the neighbors' kids playing outside. We spend most of our time sorting out gear and talking about different trails or outdoor trips that people want to take. The office is small and usually has bags or ropes lying around somewhere. We started this because we liked being outside, and it just turned into a daily job. It is not some big corporation with fancy desks. We mostly use old wooden tables and have maps pinned up on the walls that are starting to curl at the corners. When people come by, they usually just sit down and we chat about where they're going next. We deal with a lot of paperwork for the foundation, which isn't the fun part, but it has to get done so everything stays legal. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there until it comes back on. It’s just how things go here. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy. We just want to keep doing what we do from this little corner of the city. Most of the people who work here have been doing it for years, so we all know how the routine goes by now. We just handle the equipment and the bookings as they come in each day.
