Narula Travels

Narula Travels is located at C-5/120 in Yamuna Vihar. Delhi-110 053 is our local area, and we have been operating here for quite some time now. Our office is a real part of the neighborhood. People around here know us well. It is a very simple setup with a few desks and a wooden bench for people to wait on. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big formal reception desk. We just have our computers and a landline phone that rings a lot throughout the day. Most of our work is about sorting out tickets and making sure people have all their travel documents ready. Yamuna Vihar is a nice place to be, though the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We start our day early and usually stay until the very last customer is sorted out. We don't use any complicated software systems, just what works for us and our customers. Sometimes we all have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the local news. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a regular service to the people who live around here and others who find us through word of mouth. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time. There is always another booking to handle.
