The person running things here started out back in Allahabad. They finished their intermediate in commerce from the U.P. Board in 1990 and then went on to graduate from Allahabad University in 1994. After moving to Delhi, we set up Narula Traqvels. It’s been a long journey from those school days to running a travel business. We don't have a standard street address listed in our main files, but we operate based on that history of education and hard work. Most of our work is about helping people find their way around, whether it’s for work or a holiday. We do a lot of train bookings and flight tickets, just like any other small shop. It’s a lot of looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people. We remember how things were done before everything went online, which helps when things get complicated. Dealing with the public is always interesting, you never know who is going to walk in or what they will need. We keep a lot of records and try to stay on top of the changing prices. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. The background in commerce really helps with the accounting side of things. We just try to provide a straightforward service to anyone who needs to go somewhere. It’s about being reliable and knowing the system well enough to help out our neighbors every single day.
