Naptune Travco Pvt Ltd is based in a flat in Delhi. We are in Dhruva Apartment, specifically Flat No. 412, which is over in Patpar Ganj near the Mother Dairy landmark. I.P. Extension is a really crowded residential area, and we’ve been operating out of this apartment for a good while now. It’s not like a big office building with a glass front; it’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers. We spend most of our time planning travel and sorting out itineraries for people. The phone rings a lot, and there’s always someone coming in or out. Being near Mother Dairy is helpful because it’s the easiest way to give directions to anyone trying to find us. The apartment complex is pretty typical for this part of Delhi. We deal with the usual stuff like the lift being out of order or the heat in the summer being almost too much to handle. We aren't some giant travel agency with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us here. We do our own filing and handle all the bookings ourselves. It gets pretty hectic during the peak travel seasons, and the flat feels a bit small then, but we make it work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the noise from the streets outside.
