Namrata Auto Plast

Our factory is out in Bawana Industrial Area, Sector 3, specifically at G 255. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of smoke, noise, and trucks moving around. At Namrata Auto Plast, we work with molding machines and plastic raw materials. The machines run for long hours and the floor gets pretty hot. We wear heavy shoes because there is always something on the ground. It is a messy environment, but that is the reality of making auto parts. We have a small office area blocked off with glass, but even there, you can hear the machines thumping. We start the shifts early to beat the worst of the heat. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the plastic parts as they come off the line. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everyone has to stop what they are doing to fix it. We don't have a reception area or any fancy stuff for visitors. Usually, people just come straight to the gate. We keep the raw material sacks stacked up against the walls. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually tired by the time the evening comes around. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure the shipments are ready for the trucks when they arrive at the loading dock.
